Enjoy Europe at Jakarta Street Food Festival 2015

 

Summarecon Kelapa Gading Brings Europe to North Jakarta.

Jakarta street food lover can enjoy their selection of favourite comfort food at Jakarta Street Food Festival. Held on 6-22 November 2015, you will find curated street food tenants at La Piazza Summarecon Kelapa Gading.

“This year, we still feature street food festival concept. However, we incorporate European theme so that 30% the foods are European street food. The rest are all kind of renowned Indonesia’s street food,” said Executive Deputy Director Sentra Kelapa Gading Tommy (6/11).

55 tenants consist of 48 booths and 7 food carts sells unique and delicious food here. All tenants are decorated with European house theme and pastel colour.

“When curating them, we will make sure that all tenants are already has brand recognition through social media. They also have to pass our taste test,” said Tommy.

If you fancy European food, you can try their selections of food such as pasta and crepe. Here we can see familiar names in European street food scene like La Creperie, Pastalicious, OMG Meatball, Crepe Signature, Petit Julien, Henk’s Pizza, Chussy Churros, Bread of Kurtos, and Kopium Artisan Coffee.

For food transaction, visitors must purchase JSFF’s special payment card. The card can be topped up without limit. Visitors can enjoy many special benefits from using this card such as free top up to Rp20,000 for every Rp200,000 top up every weekdays (Monday-Thursday).

To satisfy all durian lovers, Jakarta Street Food Festival presents “Makan Duren Sepuasnya!” program every Monday and Wednesday. Visitors may enjoy unlimited durian for only Rp10,000 when they add Rp250,000 credits to their card.

The first 500 MKG Friendship Card members will have JSFF payment card with Rp50,000 credits. All of the products must be purchased using ANZ Credit Card at Summarecon Kelapa Gading for Rp500,000.

When enjoying the food, visitors can sing along with Accoustic Band, Street Musician, and Artist Performances played all night. Not only singing alone, visitors may attend cooking demo themed “Rebread Membuat Roti dengan Satu Jari:. They can also participate in “Food Styling Demo” to learn about the basic of turning casual food into 5-starred dish.

All wine and cheese lover can visit Wine and Cheese Expo at Multi-Purpose Hall, La Piazza. Wine and Cheese Expo delivers a wide range of wines from America, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Austria, Chile, France Germany, Italy, New Zealang, Portugal, and South Africa. Different types of cheese will accompany visitors for wine tasting during the expo.
