- Max. 40 years old.
- Min. Graduate of Tourism Vocational School. Diploma of F&B is preferred.
- Min. 5 years experience in the kitchen.
- Excellent cooking skill.
- Understanding food cost.
- Have good knowledge about supervisory, food knowledge, hygiene and sanitation, cooking method, and food safety.
- Able to work in shift.
- Willing to be placed at Tangerang and Cilegon.
