- Minimum experience 5 years at reputable cafe, bistro, and restaurant.
- Good knowledge at menu planning, costing, inventory, stock.
- Discipline, responsible, highly motivated, cost efficient.
- Good knowledge of food product selection.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Good management skill.
- Able to lead the team.
- Good role model for the team.
- Min. 5 years experience.
